Jarana, a Spanish word for revelry, captures our restaurant's lively and festive atmosphere. Curated by acclaimed Peruvian chef Gastón Acurio, Jarana promises a great meal and an unforgettably authentic Peruvian experience.
A simple yet modern aesthetic is complemented by dramatic pops of color, texture, and material, reflecting the rich palette of Peruvian landscapes. Overhead, wood beams crisscross the ceiling, a contemporary nod to traditional Peruvian architecture. The open kitchen and grill frame the view of the back wall, tantalizing the senses with the aromas of delicious food.
