Staff Spotlight: Nicole Kroosz

What is your role at McBride? Director of Finance

Where are you based? Vermont Office

What does a typical day look like for you? Managing Cash Flow, Invoicing and Expenses. Creating and reviewing client contracts.

How did you get into the industry? I went to school for business, and one of my first jobs out of college was an accounting associate. From there I gained experience and grew my career.

What inspires you outside of work? Yoga and other wellness modalities including meditation and reiki.

When you have 30 minutes of free-time, how do you pass the time? In the warmer months, I would be outside probably taking my dog LuLu for a walk. In the winter, maybe watching a show or on my mat.

If you could learn to do anything, what would it be? I would love to be able to speak multiple languages.

What are you currently binge watching or what movie have you seen recently? I love period and fantasy dramas, travel and cooking shows. The new show Bridgerton on Netflix was binge worthy for me!

You’re happiest when? Exploring new places, meeting new people, seeing a concert... I would rather experience new things that receive gifts/presents any day.
