When it came time for Ideal Image, a national leader in performing non-invasive aesthetic services, to refresh its Marietta, Georgia location, they called upon The McBride Company to design a space that would breathe new life into the suburban medspa.

The McBride Company led the complete concept overhaul for the brand’s interiors, providing interior design, signage, and artwork services. Ideal Image is the nation’s largest medspa provider offering non-surgical cosmetic treatments including CoolSculpting, Ultherapy, BroadBand Light Therapy, laser hair removal and a vast portfolio of injectables including Botox and Juvederm. As such, the primary goal was to showcase the brand’s dedication to delivering real results by educating and empowering clients through warmth, honesty, and a fresh approachability.

“Inspired by Ideal Image’s core attributes, the design sets the stage for a truly unique and elevated customer experience,” said Ryan McBride, Creative Director of The McBride Company.

The Marietta location features a bright, open, comfortable medical space that signals a departure from the traditional MedSpa aesthetic and feels anything but clinical. Staffed by highly trained, licensed medical and nursing professionals, the new Advanced MedSpa strikes the perfect balance between sanitary and serene, taking cues from the hospitality industry without sacrificing standards of professionalism. The space contains an inviting reception area, six glass-walled sales rooms, and a fully-outfitted “injection bar.”

As soon as guests step foot inside the reimagined Ideal Image location, they are welcomed by a reactivated central layout, accented by the creative use of contemporary materials such as custom frosted fade glass. A high-impact, floating copper logo anchors the entryway, while a LED-lit curved ‘wave’ wall from Interlam acts as a visual centerpiece. Brand touchpoints such as custom artwork, custom wallcoverings, and unique accessories are woven throughout. The McBride Company also abandoned the traditional salesroom-model and instead, created sales ‘pods’ encased in glass and outfitted with casual furniture to provide an elevated customer experience that is more open and inviting.

Each design highlight, from light wood flooring and strategic pops of color to the celebration of beauty and empowerment through the use of custom created lifestyle images, reinforces Ideal Image’s purpose of providing state-of-the-art services within a welcoming venue.
